Beehive Homes Assisted Living

With locations in 19 states, Beehive Homes offers family-style living for assisted living care. For the Cedar City location, a portion of 1325 North Street required utility installation and right of way construction for access into the project.

Working for Beehive Homes, Watson Engineering provided roadway & public improvements, compaction testing, and materials testing. We were brought in later to provide construction staking for the general contractor, Badham Construction.
