Courtyard by Marriott Hotel

Located at the sound end of Cedar City, The Windmill Plaza Subdivision consists of five commercial lots, with the Marriott Courtyard Hotel on one of the lots.

Watson Engineering gathered survey controls and performed topographic surveys and civil design of the site. The challenging natural slope of the property measured 40 vertical feet of drop and required the structural design of retaining walls and cut slope.

Watson Engineering provided Geotechnical Engineering, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering, Land Surveying, Construction Staking, Special Inspections, and Materials Testing.
