Bentley Plaza Building

The single-story commercial office building consists of five units and totals 8,500 square feet. With a building site of solid lava rock, Watson geotechnical engineers were instrumental in providing an update letter as part of building permit application. Structural special inspections of the building’s concrete foundation were performed. Watson Engineering provided full-service construction materials observation and testing of the foundation soil as well as on-site utilities.
